The Dennis H. May Conference on Diversity Issues and the Role of Counseling Centers (Co-presenter), University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (09/21/2015). “A Trans Consulting Group: The Process”. Co-presented a discussion regarding the creation of the Transgender Consultation Team at Indiana University Health Center.

Monroe County Community School Corporation, “Meeting the Needs of All Students” in-service training (11/3/2015). LGBTQ Awareness. Provided psychoeducation regarding LGBTQ concepts to K-12 teachers and administrators in order to create a more culturally inclusive environment.

Bloomington Meadows Hospital, “Brown County Training Event” (11/14/13). Gender and Sexuality and the LGBT Communities. Provided training to clinical staff regarding working with members of the LGBTQ communities, with special emphasis on Transgender individuals.

Probation Officers Professional Association of Indiana, “2013 Fall Conference” (09/12/13). Provided training to probation officers at the Indiana state conference to increase competency in working with members of the Transgender communities.

Bloomington Meadows Hospital, Lunch-n-Learn Series (3/19/13). Genderqueer: Understanding the Spectrum of Gender Identity. Provided workshop introducing relevant concepts regarding Transgender issues to hospital staff and community members.
